Hi! My name is Emi and I am subletting my furnished room in a shared apartment in Clinton Hill, Bk for 2 months in January and February 2025. Space will be shared with my roommate and her small dog. Preferred sublease is for full two months, but available for weekly amounts of time as well. Please see rates below.

The room is 10x13 - furnished with queen bed, desk, and dresser which will be empty for use. Linens (sheets and towels) will be provided for use as well.

Apartment is fully furnished, recently updated, with vaulted ceilings, and great lighting!
Super convenient grocery store and close to many cute neighborhood spots - Otway, Sisters, The Good Batch and more! 20 minute walk to either Fort Green Park or Prospect Park.

Transit: 1 block from C train and 10 minute walk to G train. B25/B26 Bus also 1 block away.

Roommate is a woman in her 30’s. She is clean/tidy and friendly. She works as a yoga instructor and likes to spend her time dancing, listening to music, cooking, and relaxing with her dog Rupert, a shih tzu/poodle mix (non-shedding). She likes to have the home calm and restful, is happy to socialize, and is also respectful of boundaries.

Women & LGBTQ+ individuals are welcome. Quiet building, facing away from the street. Only 1 other apartment on same floor with great neighbors. It's a beautiful place that has felt like a sanctuary for us and we're looking to share with someone who values a similar feeling!

We would appreciate a roommate who uses open communication, is peaceful and kind. No smoking or drugs / no parties / no bringing the party home. No pets. No couples.
