The apartment, shared with two PhD students, is just 3 minutes from Lines 4 and 3 of the subway and several bus lines, offering easy access to transportation. It is only 10 minutes by subway to Prospect Park and 15 minutes to Atlantic Terminal, making it a great location for commuting.

About This Lister

I am María (she/her), a final-year PhD student and I also teach Spanish at Stony Brook University. I love going for walks and hiking, exploring new places around the city, I love coffee, trying new foods, writing, reading, watching movies, and spending quality time with my loved ones. I am currently leaving the apartment I share with two university friends and roommates because I’m moving in with my partner (as part of the move, I’m also selling some of the furniture in the room, which can be negotiated if you're interested).

My roommates are fun, interesting, and respectful of shared spaces. Since we’re all PhD students, we prioritize maintaining a calm and quiet atmosphere in the apartment, making it a peaceful place to live and work.
