Sharing here my gorgeous flat and artist studio, that I will sublet for 5 weeks (slightly flexible) from 26th Jan until March 2nd.

The space is a bright 100+qm two-floor unique loft in the center of Berlin. Very quiet and still right in the center of Berlin, 2 mn walk from August Strasse (Berlin Art gallery street), 9mn cab from from Central Station / 10 min walk from Museum Island.

It's on the top floor, one big bedroom, one very large living room with open kitchen, one second living room in the mezzanine, bathroom with bathtub. Second room / studio also available. The flat is bright and it has also a south facing balcony.

The place is just incredible... most people just fall in love the moment they enter (me included!). It's my own personal space where I create my art, host workshops, podcast interviews and... enjoy life and inspiration. I love hosting friends and loved ones. You will love it too I am sure :)

I treat it with immense care and it's fully furnished and equipped with everything you need including bath tub, dishwasher, washing machine, lot of natural light during day time and many designer lights around.

NB: for accessibility It's on the 4th floor and there is no lift unfortunately.

Hello! I am a music producer, I run a podcast interview series and a platform for masterclasses for producers. I also support startup founders (as a day job). I practice Muay Thai (martial art) and love listening to music and dancing in clubs. Berlin is home now and I lived before in London for many years.

I am the tenant of the flat and been living here super happily for two years. This flat has been a gift that arrived in my life and I am grateful. I treat the space with all my care and it feels like a cosy home.
