I'm subletting my bright & cozy 1bedroom home for two months from December 15 - February 15 (start/end dates can be a bit flexible)

my place has lots of light with big windows overlooking the trees, great views that offer privacy, private backyard, laundry, central AC/heat, plenty of parking in the quaint and lovely neighborhood known for its houses on the hills, Mt. Washington.

The neighborhood is quiet, private, and close to Moon Canyon Park, Bub's & Grandmas, Dunsmoor etc.

I'm a musician and will be traveling for work. This place is my home and respite from the fast paced work that I do so i'm looking for someone who loves a beautiful and cozy home to enjoy my place and treat it kindly.
