The house has lots of light with big windows, great views, private backyard, laundry, central AC, plenty of parking in the quaint and lovely neighborhood known for its houses on the hills, Mt. Washington.

The neighborhood is quiet, private, and close to Moon Canyon Park, Bub's & Grandmas etc.
