I’m traveling for most of November and my absence is your gain. Yes, you!

My bright and spacious 1 bed 1 bath apartment is available from November 6th to December 4th. These dates are flexible based on your needs, can definitely do shorter and can have some wiggle room for longer stays.

My place is a couple of blocks east of the Lincoln Rd/Ocean Ave entrance to Prospect Park as well as the B/Q express trains. The S shuttle train is also at that station which means you get easy access to the 2/3/4/5 and C trains which is super helpful when the MTA is having one of those off-days.

The apartment is well-furnished with a 55” TV with the usual streaming services and a PS5+Switch for those so inclined. I love music so there are Sonos speakers in every room (yes, including the bathroom and kitchen) so you can jam out anywhere. It gets good light in the living room and great light in the bedroom and kitchen, more so once the leaves outside my windows start to shed.

It’s super close to great coffee shops, restaurants, bars and a grocery store.

Looking for someone (or a couple) who is clean and will be respectful of the apartment and its neighbors.
