- Full kitchen with lovely island seating for working / eating. Stocked with more dishware / cookware / appliances than you'll need, as well as a dishwasher to expedite the cleaning process.

- Dining room table with seating for 4 (chairs are original from former Yugoslavia, we love. One insists on squeaking, we don't love.)

- Living room with Gwenyth Paltrows grande goofy gorgeous GOOP couch, Faye Toogood Roly Poly Chair ("the egg"), TV with all of the apps, and a bright large window view to the neighboring backyards (though the effort the bro below has put into his outdoor layout leaves something to be desired). In wall A/C unit provides both heating and cooling.

- Bedroom (simple, no-nonsense) with queen bed and another in wall heating / cooling unit.

- Washer & dryer IN the apartment, no nonsense schlepping necessary.
