Modern, comfortable, and furnished sublet in Crown Heights from November 22st (flexible up to December 1st) to January 31st (also a little flexible on the end date). Close to the A/C and 3 trains at Nostrand Ave (easy to get into Manhattan) or Long Island Railroad to get to JFK / Long Island.
The apartment is great for a single person but can also accommodate two people. The apartment faces north and into the backyard, so you get nice passive light as well as no street noise. I've made the apartment a really nice work-from-home setup, with a standing desk, large monitor, and high-end ergonomic chair for great productivity.
This area has a very charming feel. Lots of locals meet at the coffee shop next to my apartment, there's a great cocktail bar across the street, and there are plenty of other shops and restaurants nearby.
I've sublet this apartment multiple times and every subletter has really enjoyed living here. If you want a quiet, private, and comfortable apartment in Brooklyn, this is a great spot to live.

Current Tenant
Just a heads up:
- Priority is given to people who can stay the entire time
- Some flexibility with dates if necessary.
- Deposit is one month's rent ($2500)
- Credit check (Credit Karma is fine) - more documents the better
- This is a four-story walkup. The apartment is on the top floor.
- Plenty of room to store clothes, but not a ton of room for other items.
- There is bike storage in the hallway. You can lock your bike up easily.
- No smoking
- Utilities are extra (average $100-$200 in the winter depending on HVAC use).
- A simple sublet agreement will be signed by both parties to ensure our mutual safety
- Please take care of my plants :)
