Rental requirements
You will be subletting from me at first, with the option to join the lease.
Longer term sublets preferred
**depending on timing can begin agreement Nov 1, pro-rated or Nov 15.
The landlord will require excellent credit + proof of income 40x's the rent (guarantors ok)
To move in - rent + security deposit + signed sublease agreement I will provide
