I'm subletting my one bedroom penthouse apartment in UWS/Harlem from Nov 30th through Dec 30th (flexible for extensions) while I travel for work.

The apartment faces Marcus Garvey Park with a lot of natural light and is an 8 minute walk from Central Park. The apartment features hardwood floors, a big kitchen, a living room/office space with a wide desk, a large bedroom with queen-sized bed, and ample storage. It comes fully furnished with all amenities you could need including a dishwasher, fully equipped kitchen, Nespresso maker, smart TV, modern bathroom with great water pressure, etc. Washer/dryer available in the basement. The place is close to the 2/3 express line which gets you downtown in 15-20 mins and is nearby lots of cute cafes and bars.

Looking for a clean and quiet individual/couple to sublet the apartment! It is such a comfortable space for me while I'm here, and I hope it brings that for someone else :)
