Our massive, pet-friendly railroad apartment on the Clinton Hill/Bed-Stuy border—with high ceilings, hardwood floors, and tons of natural light—is available starting November 1 though May 2026, with the option to renew. We've lived here for nearly six years and have loved this apartment—it makes a great home for couples to share, or singles who want space (perhaps for an in-apartment studio and office, or other needs).

This quiet apartment has four rooms (plus bathroom), with two huge spaces at either end: a huge living room with space for a dedicated work area, too; and a big eat-in kitchen. The two central rooms are compact: We've used one as a queen-size bedroom and the other as a guest room, office, or lounge over the years. Additionally, after 20 years in NYC, I've never had an apartment with so much storage.

There are windows in every room (including the central rooms, which is not typical in railroad apartments). The walk-up building is chill and the apartment is on the fourth floor. You'll have a diverse mix of neighbors from new, younger tenants to decades-long residents—it's great to still find this in NYC.

The Classon G train is a 7-minute walk, and the B48 to Greenpoint, Williamsburg, and Crown Heights are a block or two in either direction. Fort Greene Park is a 15-minute walk, and you'll find great local spots like Brooklyn Kolache Company, Speedy Romeo, Fan Fan Donuts, Chilo's and others are within a 5- to 10-minute walk. Central Clinton Hill and Fort Greene (spots along Dekalb, Myrtle, and Lafayette) are, again, within a 10-minute walk.

We will be selling some of our furniture that you can see in the photos, though the apartment is unfurnished.
