We're subletting our lovely Park Slope apartment for November and possibly longer.
The apartment was listed as a two bedroom but we've converted it into a large one bedroom with a dining room, living room, and an office. It will be furnished with a queen bed, dining table, sofa, fully equipped kitchen, and desk. (Some of the items pictured, such as the living room chairs and storage bins, will be removed.) It's on the entire third (top) floor of the building with quiet neighbors and gets great light.
It's in a very convenient and walkable area, two blocks from Prospect Park and near good restaurants, cafes, grocery stories, laundry, and the 7th ave F/G and Prospect R trains.
We prefer a single tenant or couple--it's set up very well for one or two people working from home, but roommates would be trickier.
We're looking for someone who will take good care of our space, water the plants, and be respectful of the neighbors.
About This Lister
We're two journalists in our 30s who will be in Europe for work. We've lived in the apartment for three years and love it and the neighborhood.
