About This Lister

We are visual artists who work in video and installation. We bought the building in 2003 and have worked in and operated it since then. Recently, we are only in New York (and the building) for part of the year as we travel for our work and other reasons. We are therefore partially relying on help from a small management company and superintendent, but remain very, very hands-on. This includes face-to-face meetings via Zoom (or equivalent).
