3 min walk from G train, 10 min walk from A/C and Atlantic Center 2/3/4/5/B/D/N/Q/R trains. This is a perfect opportunity for people who make a good location one of their priorities.

The studio is facing the backyard where there are gorgeous trees. It is facing south so sunlight enters the room directly and it feels good, especially in the wintertime.

The kitchen has essential tools like an oven, kettle, utensils, plates, french press, etc. The bathroom has a bathtub. The hot water is working perfectly. WIFI is available.
