I'm looking for someone to take over the lease for our 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom apartment in Williamsburg starting May 1st (this is a little flexible). This would entail starting a new lease with the landlord for 12+ months. My husband and I are moving out of Brooklyn and wound up finding a new place before we expected to.
Monthly rent: ~$6700 (could change slightly depending on what the landlord says)
Application Fee: We'll cover this for you!
Deposit: 1 month's rent
Lease start date: ~ May 1, 2025 (flexible)
