Rental requirements

The building management does require all subtenants to complete a background check and submit a short application—it’s a super straightforward process that only takes about 5 minutes. We’ll also sign a simple sublet agreement between us to make everything official.

There’s a $1,000 security deposit, which will be fully refundable at the end of the sublet term, assuming there’s no damage.
