I unexpectedly have to leave my lovely one-bedroom apartment in Flatbush. This is a rent stabilized apartment with 1.5 years remaining in the lease. I am looking for someone to move in by May 1st, earliest is April 15th, but this is flexible!

The Apartment is near Bedford/Lenox by the 2/5/Q trains and only a few blocks from Prospect Park. The space has:

-A large living room, bedroom, and kitchen
-Lots of kitchen counter space
-Three large closets
-Heat/hot water
-cats allowed, dogs upon approval
-Laundromat right next door

I've very much enjoyed my time in this space- perfect for singles or couples!
