It is a 2 floors duplex, 2 bedroom + 1 office, 1.5 bath located in Bedford-Stuyvesant just around the corner from the Chauncey J line. 30mins into Manhattan.

The townhouse boosts a beautifully renovated kitchen, dining, library, and living room with two bedrooms with queen beds and a private ensuite office. The house also has a backyard that is shared with the tenant below. Every room will be fully furnished and move in ready. Parking is on the street and there is always a spot available. Heating and cooling is provided throughout the house for each room and fully sourced from our sustainable solar panels on the roof! House has dishwasher, wine cooler, 6 burner kitchenaid stove, large fridge with filtered water and ice maker, and washer dryer. Maximum 6-8 guests total.
