It is 3/4 of a full-size railroad apartment with a living room, bedroom, bathroom and kitchen; complete with new hardwood floors. The southeast facing windows let in tons of direct sunlight light in the morning and early afternoon.

I'm looking for one person only, no couples or pets, please.

The building is close to many coffee shops including Mixtape (right across the street) and Variety. Plein Air and Rolos are a 15 minute walk away in Ridgewood. Five minutes to the Myrtle Wyckoff station for the L and the M.
