I own this sweet place and renovated it 8 years ago. 2 private bedrooms with en suite bathrooms with showers. Courtyard for cool evening meals and big gorgeous terrace to catch the sun and lounge! Kitchen with everything you could want to prepare meals. Big dining room and living room, TV, wifi, dedicated work area, 2 working fireplaces, high ceilings and vintage and modern rustic furniture. All linens and towels. Secure and quiet! Smoke and gas alarm and fire extinguisher. A LEGAL rental registered with the city and federal authorities. Lovely neighbors! Parking is outside the center, however easy and close by. All on the ground floor and one room on the 1st floor (has pull out sofa and a small bathroom) which leads to the terrace. Night lighting on the terrace. 15 min from nearest beach. 40 min from Brindisi airport. 20 min to Lecce. All linens and towels included, beach umbrella and beach towels. Sleeps 2 couples, queen mattress in primary and double in guest room. NO smoking of any kind allowed in my home.

Artist and retired Professor of Drawing Parsons School of Design. I work FT now as an artist out of my studio in Brooklyn. I speak Italian and have loved Italy since I studied in Rome at Tyler School of Art, in the 70s. I pride myself on giving guests a really beautiful and well run space with all your needs met! This is my personal home so it is not like other places dedicated to rental, in that, it feels like a real home not in any way anonymous. :) My place could be available thought the year at different times, but I spend a few months in Spring and Fall there.
