A very cute, tucked away home + studio in Glassell Park, right between Highland Park and Atwater Village. The neighborhood is quiet, great for taking an evening walk. There are several restaurants in walking distance and a lot of things to do in the neighborhood (Vidiots, Walts, Hikes in Mount Washington, Glassell Park Pool, etc).

The house is small (around 300 sq ft) and the ceramic/creative studio is slightly larger (around 500 sq ft). Both are located in a fenced in yard area where you have complete privacy from the neighbors. There is a parking spot included (though also plenty of street parking).

The house is furnished with a queen size bed, small sofa and small dining table/desk. All utilities included.

The ceramic studio has a wheel and kiln to use, as well as plenty of small ceramic hand tools and glazes. The space can be used for any creative practice; painting, music, photography, etc.

The outdoor area has a small fire pit, seating and side tables. Perfect for small fires and get-togethers in the fall.
