First floor, fully furnished (as photographed) with queen sized bed, FIOS high-speed internet, and 55" Samsung LCD and Roku steaming stick that includes Paramount+, Criterion Channel, HBO Max, Amazon, Hulu.
Centrally located in the heart of Park Slope / South Slope near countless shops, bars, and restaurants! There are multiple grocery stores and a laundromat right across the street if needed. Easy walk to Prospect Park and the D, N, W, R, F and G trains.
This apartment is also surprisingly quiet being only a few dozen feet from 5th Ave. Really like the area and think it's a great spot for someone coming to check out Brooklyn / NYC. I'm a filmmaker and travel often for work.
About This Lister
Been living in this apartment for over a year now after LA for a long time. I'm from Upstate NY and travel to both places often. Looking for guests who are clean, quiet, and will respect the space.

Rental requirements
Allowing dogs so long as they are well-trained and with an extra $200 deposit.
The fee is $150 a night for the duration, $175 a night for a week or more, $200 a night for any stays less than that.
There is a $400 deposit due a day before the rental starts.
Pets Policy
Dogs upon approval.
