The apartment feels very cosy with lots of light and a beautiful view over the city. It has central heat and AC, huge closet spaces, a full equipped kitchen with a five burner stove, oven, and dishwasher, a washer and dryer, and a smart TV. It comes furnished and is perfect for singles or couples looking for a cozy place.

The bedroom is very spacious and bright with a large walk-in closet and blackout blinds.

You can relax on the large balcony filled with bamboos and enjoy the amazing view over Brooklyn and Manhattan. You will also find a BBQ grill and an awning.

Amenities in the building include an elevator, a virtual doorman, a refuse room on each floor, and a bike and package room. A parking spot is also available if you have a car.

The M and J trains are 5 minutes away and will take you to downtown Manhattan in 15 minutes. The G train is 10 minutes away and will bring you all around Brooklyn. Several bus lines are also a short walk away and very convenient to go anywhere in Brooklyn or Queens.

The apartment is available for both short and long stays, with a minimum stay requirement of one week.
