Note: This is a walk up, there are 2 small flights of stairs. It's the private top floor apartment above a house. You will have your own separate entrance.

Sheets, towels, soap, shampoo is stocked. Fully equipped kitchen: small stove, new Blomberg refrigerator, pantry with Container Store Elfa shelves, microwave, toaster oven. (No washer, no dryer.)

This is a private apartment. You will not be sharing with anyone else. Our family lived in this apartment when we first moved and everyone who has stayed here proclaims it their favorite place in NYC. We have hosted: film industry professionals working at nearby Kaufman Astoria Studios, hospital workers at Elmhurst, visiting professors, visiting grandparents, and locals awaiting the completion of their renovation.
