Hello everyone!

I'm subletting a furnished two bedroom, two bath apartment on the the garden floor of a newly renovated century old classic Brooklyn brownstone. It is an open ended sublet, so you are free to stay as long as you like with one months notice and one month's minimum.

It is furnished with high end designer furniture, a fully stocked kitchen and everything you might need to arrive and feel at home. There is a 10 foot wide projector surround sound home cinema, laundry in the bedroom, and two bedrooms that open directly onto the landscaped garden.

It was designed for short stays on a famous website you might know, but with changing laws we've had to switch to furnished sublets. We had over 100 bookings with a 4.9 review score and would be happy to send that link. People have loved staying here.

We put a lot more love into it than a typical rental in case we might live there one day but this apartment has never been used as a personal home. It's a good balance between being unusually luxurious for a New York rental with none of the weirdness of subletting someone's living space.

The house is on a tree lined street in Stuy Heights, the brownstone part of Bed Stuy, several blocks from Saraghina's wood fired pizza. It is off the Utica stop on the A/C. It's an extremely pretty and friendly neighborhood with a lot of history.

As our review score can attest, we have always gotten along with our guests and really enjoy showing hospitality and helping out, especially with people new to the city. We will respect your privacy but be there if you need anything.

Please note that each bedroom has its own bathroom but one bedroom is accessed through the other bedroom. This makes it less ideal for a room mate situation unless you are friends. Unfortunately, we can't allow pets or moving in furniture and it is a nonsmoking apartment. You would also need to rent for full month periods.
