PLEASE NOTE: PET CARE REQUESTED FOR THIS SUBLET
Welcome to my lovely home in Bed-Stuy!
This one-bedroom apartment, ideal for one person or a couple, features beautiful exposed brick walls and hardwood floors. Located in one of Brooklyn's most vibrant neighborhoods, the apartment offers a warm, peaceful atmosphere. The bedroom has large windows overlooking the neighbors garden, providing a quiet retreat from the city.
It's about a 12-minute walk to the Kingston-Throop station on the C train, which offers a quick ride to downtown Manhattan. It's a 5-minute walk to Herbert Von King Park and just steps away from Tompkins Avenue, which is filled with interesting stores and cute cafes.
This apartment is located on the 4th floor of a walk-up building with no elevator.
I have a super friendly, affectionate, and playful cat named Tuna. The rent is $2200 for the entire stay if you do not want to take care of him—I can bring him to a friend’s house. If you choose to take care of Tuna during your stay, the rent is reduced to $2000. He has an automatic feeder and water fountain, so you just need to ensure everything is full and play with him a little and clean his litter box.

Hi there! I'm Elena, a filmmaker based in NYC. I’m passionate about storytelling, drawing, and the arts in general.
I share my home with my super friendly cat, Tuna, who adds a joyful energy to my space. I’m looking for a guest who appreciates the charm of my apartment and will take care of both my home and Tuna as if they were their own. I’m excited to share my space with someone who will appreciate it as much as I do!

If you’re interested, please share your full name, a little bit about yourself, and any relevant socials or references (if possible).
Cats are welcome, as long as they get along with Tuna! He’s friendly and playful, but I’d want to ensure a good fit if you’re bringing another pet.
