We’re looking for someone to take over our lovely 2 BR / 2 BA duplex on the border of West Hollywood and Melrose. We love this spot — our unit neighbor is quiet, and our landlord is great. But, we’ve decided to head back to the east coast, closer to family.
The unit itself is really nice and spacious, at 1000 sq feet, pet friendly, with a lot of natural light and laundry on site.
Both bedrooms can easily fit a king bed and one is a master suite (with a walk-in closet). It was recently renovated so everything is in great shape, with features such as light dimmers, central AC, some new windows, wired for AT&T fiber, and a rainfall shower head in one of the bathrooms.
There’s permit parking out front, and a driveway with shared parking available in the back, and a gated shared front yard.
The unit is technically in Melrose, one block south of the West Hollywood border. We’re one block over from Fairfax, and 3 blocks south of Santa Monica Blvd, and are walking distance to Blue Bottle and Whole Foods.
Targeting February for a move in, but can be flexible and move out in January so long as we have enough time to coordinate.

All lease contracts and logistics will be handled by the leasing agent via the landlord. She was great to work with when we toured the unit and signed our lease. The income requirements when we signed were: good credit + 3x the monthly rent, plus the standard references, background check, and financial documentation.
Pets allowed, per landlord's approval.
