This home is decorated with an authentic collection of mid-century Danish furniture, French antiques, luxury organic furniture, Heath Ceramics, and unique artworks—creating a refined and welcoming living environment.

You’ll share the space with just me, which includes a dishwasher, washer/dryer, plenty of garage storage, easy parking, and high-speed internet. Our shared spaces include a cozy living room with a gas fireplace and a large TV with numerous streaming options, a beautiful dining room overlooking the front yard—perfect for enjoying meals or coffee, a classic bathroom with original mosaic tiling and a tub, and a fully equipped kitchen.

This setup is perfect if you’re looking for a home environment where you can feel both independent and part of a small household, sharing the space with just me.

The huge backyard is a private tranquil retreat filled with over 50 potted plants, a large lawn, a towering redwood, mature trees, and lush jasmine vines. An herb and vegetable garden, fruit trees, and a fieldstone patio – ideal for outdoor relaxation, dining, working outdoors, or simply enjoying a quiet evening by a fire.
