The roommate who is staying - the primary renter of this apt - is a late-30s woman (she/her) who travels frequently for work and leisure, and only lives in LA part time. She is a longtime friend + former colleague of mine. When in LA/at home, she is very clean, an excellent + gracious + generous hostess, warm but mostly keeps to herself (usually in her bedroom; she has the primary + an en-suite bathroom). She is polished, chic, and very accomplished professionally, across several different domains.
