2200 plus utilities, furnished. Year long rental at charming A-Frame cabin in the Adirondack High Peaks with 3 beds (one bedroom and two twins in the loft), a workspace, and great wifi. The Cabin is super cozy and wooden and nestled on a hill in the woods on the border of Jay and Wilmington, about a 30 minute drive from Lake Placid and ten minutes from Whiteface Mountain and many other attractions. There are a ton of hikes with mountain range views very close to the cabin and the new Pura Vida cafe and bar a ten minute drive away. There's a wooden stove inside the cabin and a fire pit with Adirondack chairs on the land outside, as well as a fully stocked kitchen and a lovely deck/balcony.I'm a writer and get some of my best work done in the cabin. There are a ton of incredible hikes nearby, as well as rivers and mountain views. It will be furnished.
