Quaint, fully furnished 1 bedroom guesthouse located in Saugerties, NY. The space is rentable starting November 1st with a flexible end date. Minimum 3-month stays and open to longer-term stays as well.

This spacious apartment is great for up to 2 people with an open floor plan, high ceilings, and exposed beams.
The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, cooking utensils, and a 6-burner stove ready for you to whip up your favorite meal. Walk out the kitchen door to the private yard with woodsy views. The bedroom has a queen bed and a work desk looking out at the forest. The bathroom is large with a beautiful walk-in shower, and full vanity with lots of storage.

Our guest house is located on 1.5 acres in the town of Saugerties, 10 minutes from the Saugerties Village, and 15 minutes from downtown Kingston. Rhinebeck, Hudson, Catskill, and Woodstock are all easily accessible. Plenty of hiking, skiing, and great food nearby. Enjoy Fall/Winter in the Hudson River Valley!

The guest house is attached to our home via a common wall but has two completely private entrances, a private yard, and parking. Internet and water are included in rent while gas and electric are billed seperatly.
