Very cute, newly renovated standalone house in Echo Park at the end of a side street. Lots of natural light. Great place to remote work, host a little dinner party, or just relax.

There is a backyard with a dining table and chairs - and it's also great for doing outdoor yoga or another workout. Or just sitting on the steps and having a coffee in the morning. Great for hosting summer dinner parties outside.

Ideal location in the neighborhood and very walkable. 3 mins walking to Elysian Park and 4 mins walking to Canyon Coffee and Cookbook. 8-12 mins walking to many bars and restaurants on Sunset.

Very speedy wifi for working remote - 559mbps download/206mbps upload. I have a monitor that you can set up on the dining table that you can use.

There are quite a few plants that I could use your help watering as well.

This house is on a quiet street in a quiet neighborhood. We are very friendly with all of our neighbors, so please be respectful and mindful of noise.

Please note that there is no designated parking for the house. You will need to park on the main street and then walk up the hill to the house UNLESS you are able to sublet for the whole time. In this case, I would consider moving my car to a parking garage.
