The apartment is a fully furnished one bedroom, one bath with an open floor plan kitchen and living room area with stunning views of the neighborhood including partial views of DTLA. Get ready for some of the most beautiful sunsets in LA. Additionally, there are two closets, one in the main entry of the space and a larger one in the bedroom. There is also a vanity area with space to hang things just off the bathroom. Laundry and private gym in the basement. AC window unit/wall heater included. There is no charge for utilities, everything is included in the monthly rent.

It is important to note the apartment is located on the fourth floor. Because it is an older building there is no elevator.
