One Bedroom Bungalow with a front patio lounger and huge back patio for outdoor dining for 6, fire pit, and outdoor seating to laze in the sun. Home is cozy and well-stocked to cook w/ gas stove, washer-dryer in-unit, watch TV on a big screen (Netflix, Prime, Hulu, HBO etc). Coffee station w/ espresso machine, countertop reverse osmosis water filter, and hard water shower filter.

Brand new Queen mattress and high end topper with high quality linen sheets, Crate & Barrel sofa, Dedicated working desk, extra fast wifi, air filter.

Neighborhood is quiet with a gorgeous park just half a block away. I just love my little oasis and enjoy having someone come stay while I'm out of town. I'll be traveling quite a bit this fall so dates are flexible and open to chatting if you'll be visiting LA and want to be west side anytime Nov - Jan

I'm a creative Content Producer with a passion for cooking, yoga, travel- the usual! I'm taking a small trip out of town and thought someone might like to stay for a romantic trip or just plain lovely week! My neighborhood has the best of LA with a quiet street (easy parking!) but also so close to great restaurants, beaches, and highways for access to the rest of the city.

I take alot of pride in the comfort of my home and would be happy to have someone else enjoy it for a bit!
