Hi!

I am subletting my one bedroom apartment in Glendale while I'm traveling home for the holidays. The Apartment is minimal and serene. It's located close to the 2 interstate, a 10min drive to Echo Park/Silver Lake or a 10min drive to York St in Highland Park via Eagle Rock for the more popping restaurant and bar nigh-life. It's also 1 mile from the Glendale Galleria if shopping is your thing, 0.5 miles away from Whole Foods and 0.6 miles away a great local coffee shop (Highlighter).

The apartment is in a 3 unit building. I'm located on the second floor. I have one neighbor below me and one next to me (only sharing one wall). Access is to the apartment is up one set of stairs that I share with my neighbor.

The place is very clean and comes furnished. I have Wifi and a TV in the bedroom that comes with Netflix and Hulu. There is a desk in the main living room that has a monitor if you choose to work from home.
