Looking for a subletter for my large, sunny, railroad-style, two bedroom apartment in a South Slope brownstone. There is a full bedroom with a queen bed, a desk office set-up a TV room with a giant daybed which can sleep one person or a couple, a full living room with a couch that could also be sleepable, a full bath with a tub, and a full kitchen with in unit laundry and dishwasher.

The apartment is on the third floor of a walk-up, there are two flights of stairs to access the space.

This is prime Park Slope, a short walk from the F/G. This apartment has been handed down through friends and I'm looking for a clean, orderly subletter who will treat this beloved apartment with care and respect. There are tons of cafes, restaurants, and bars in the neighborhood. It's a 15 minute walk to gorgeous Prospect Park and neighborhood gem Nitehawk Movie theater. It's a great space for a writer or WFH, and ideal for a couple.

Willing to consider pro-rated shorter stays but I will give preference to folks willing to pay the full amount.

*I have moved all the houseplants and fishtanks you see in the apartment upstate !

I'm a writer and a college professor who does not want to leave this wonderful apartment! But I am making the difficult decision to sublet while my dog heals from surgery in a first floor house upstate (he cannot do stairs). The apartment is full of art and plants and records and books. Folks with sensitive dog allergies might not want this to be their spot.
