The studio is near des historique Palais Royal neighborhood, so you can visite all the cover passages (like passage Vivienne), and you are at 2 minutes to famous rue Montorgueil, where you can find the excellent restaurants, bars and grocery stores.
There is a really good boulangerie in front of the building, and also a brunch place.
You can reach to most historical monuments, museums (10 min to Louvre), art places (bourse de commerce collection, Pompidou, ..) and stores by walk.
This is a 31 meter studio + a mezzanin, where there is a 120 x 180 bed. The appartement is well equipped : dish washer, coffee and tea maker, oven, micro wave, washing machine, screen (no tv) and wifi.
