Located just two blocks from Central Park, this cozy and sun-filled studio is a peaceful retreat in the city. Situated on 84th Street between Amsterdam and Columbus, the apartment is fully furnished and ideal for one person looking for a comfortable, month-long stay in New York.

The studio features a queen-size bed, a separate kitchen, a bathtub, and large windows that bring in plenty of natural light. The space is filled with plants and has a calm, inviting atmosphere. It is set up for both relaxation and productivity, with a monitor available for working from home and yoga props for movement breaks. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, oils, spices, and a collection of cookbooks that you're welcome to use.

The building is quiet, with respectful neighbors, and while there’s no elevator, the fifth-floor walk-up provides a built-in daily workout. The neighborhood has everything you need within a few blocks—great restaurants along Amsterdam Avenue, excellent coffee shops, a laundromat down the street, and easy access to both Central Park and Riverside Park. The Metropolitan Museum of Art is just across the park, and the American Museum of Natural History is five blocks away.

Rent includes all utilities. I’m looking for one responsible, clean, and considerate person to sublet between April and June. Ideally, the subletter would also be willing to water the plants twice a month.
