Some of my favorite memories in the apartment include spending my weekends gardening on the roof, running on the waterfront, and exploring all that the West Village has to offer. I am a very tidy and meticulous individual and hope to find a like-minded tenant who will give this home the care that it deserves. I am renting out the apartment as I explore living full-time in CT. I will still be periodically in NYC and will be available on-site if needed. I will make myself available to show the space.
