🌸 Details: Located in old building on 4th floor walk up (attention, no elevator). 1 separate bedroom with a big living room which has a work desk with monitor and art corner for crafting/painting (feel free to use any of it). Laundry in unit, no dishwashing machine. From unique bonuses:
- a lot of natural light;
- beautiful sky view on Empire State which will entertain you every night with different illuminations and a small guest attic;
- Projector screen, so you can have cozy movie nights;
- Guest bedroom in attic style, which could be used as an additional work space;

Wi-fi and utilities included.

Place is very clean and has a lot of plants, which I would ask to water and take care of.

House rules
- Preferably 2 people max;
- No pets;
- No parties, it's very community oriented building so would ask to be respective to neighbors;
- No shoes policy inside of the place (hi from eastern european gal, hehe);
- Professional cleaning by the end of your stay is on you.
