Hi! My roommate is moving to Austin sadly so I’m looking for a sublet til at least the end of the lease, with the possibility to renew with me for another year in April.

The unit is a 2 bed 2 bath that used to be a studio + 1 bedroom which they combined into one unit, so each of us has our own private entrance from the hall and our own bathrooms.
The bedroom is an amazing size for NYC, and can come furnished with queen bed and desk if you prefer! Two giant closets in the room + a coat closet in your side of the hall. Tons of natural light, and the bathroom even has a window.

Charming pre-war building with 10 foot ceilings, AC, dishwasher, 24/7 doorman, laundry and gym in building, amazing rooftop with stunning views. Management is amazing and so proactive, doormen are super friendly.

Perfectly located in the heart of Chelsea, right next to the iconic Hotel Chelsea and Gotham Comedy Club. 30 seconds from the 1 train, and C/E train at the other end of the block. One block away from Whole Foods, 2 blocks from Trader Joe’s, and they’re opening a Target/CVS right across the street.
