Come spend the Christmas and New Years season in NEW YORK at a peaceful QUIET prewar rental building with beautiful hard floors and vaulted ceilings, located in Washington Heights on 183rd St between the A and 1 trains.

Dates are flexible. Minimum 3 nights.

Friendly neighbors keep to themselves. Private and family neighborhood, but close to the action and shops and food.

There is a coffee shop and food court a block away called Northend. It has wifi and amazing warm almond croissants.

Super quiet and cozy bedroom in 2 bedroom 4th story with elevator.

You will have the place to yourself from Dec 20th to January 8th.
If we choose to extend I will be coming back to stay in the other bedroom.

Very spacious front room and kitchen. AC in room with remote and a heater. The room has a closet, clothing rack, long mirror, desk and chair, queen size bed and side table. I am loving the pink NYC theme but if you become long term, you are welcome to change it.

Utilities are included if used reasonably.
Wifi, AC, Gas stove and convection oven/ air fryer, blender, kitchen supplies, linens etc.

Additional guests must be approved and incur a 10% charge.

For stays less than a week, the refundable security deposit is $300.

For longer stays, the deposit will be adjusted based on the duration.

This is not an Airbnb. I only rent it out occasionally to people I trust and I love hosting members of the music community. I may be interested in a longer term roommate if the right person comes along, but in the meantime I am enjoying new creative friends here on contract or simply here to explore the city.

I am a singer and voice teacher. I'm here because I wrote a musical and I'm working on the first concert!

It’s so peaceful here. I am spiritual and hard working and do a lot of hot yoga at a studio on 145th. I am honest and clean and expect that of my guests. I am pretty quiet unless I am rehearsing from home. The goal is an hour a day but that doesn't always happen.

I will be traveling over the holidays. The space will be yours during that time. I will possibly be back around January 9th but the guest is open until January 15th. So we will share the space for a week or so if I return.
