About the building: The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a 15 story elevator building, fully gated, with 24 hour security, and a courtyard. There are washer/dryer units available in the basement.

About the neighborhood: walking distance to Fort Greene Park (1/2 block), several major trains (see below), Atlantic terminal, City Point (Trader Joes and Target), and downtown Brooklyn.

Subway: walking distance from A/C/F/G/2/3/4/5/B/Q/R/N/etc.
