I am subletting my room for 2 months while I am on a work trip to LA.

The apartment is a 3-bedroom second-floor walk-up in the delightful Clinton Hill neighborhood of Brooklyn.

Just a 5-minute walk from the C and G, the neighborhood is super cute and has many cafes, restaurants, and bars.

A large grocery store is just two blocks away.

You will share the space with my wonderful roommates, Shun and Julia. We all work in media/film/advertising and are in our early 30s.

The building is new, with a dishwasher, washer/dryer, and heating/AC units in each bedroom.

We are proud of the design of our space and have collected some great pieces.

THE ROOM

My bedroom is in the front of the apartment (south facing), away from the other rooms (so no shared walls!). It gets great light, especially in the morning.

You will have access to a standing desk, computer chair, monitor, queen bed, closet, drawers, and mirror.
