I am a professional coach, artist and educator.

Background and Expertise

I am a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation with 12 years of experience. I am trained in IFS-Informed Coaching (Internal Family Systems).

I also bring my experience as a professional artist, making and showing my work over the past 25 years. I have an MFA from The School of the Art Institute of Chicago and currently teach in the adult continuing education deparment.
