Hello!

I am a coach in training, going through a formal coach certification program at Brown University to become a Leadership and Performance Coach. It's been a very exciting and enlightening journey so far.

My objective as a coach is to develop a relationship with my clients through conversation that allows them to make steps towards identifying and achieving their goals. It's my belief that coaching can not only improve one's confidence, but their overall performance as well.

I often think about all the times in my career where I just needed someone to help me figure out one question, and that’s – what’s next? I know that all steps are not big steps. Sometimes they are tiny and sometimes a step doesn’t feel like forward progression at all. But even the smallest movement, or thought, or aha moment can change the course of one’s journey. My job as a coach is to challenge you, hold you accountable, but most importantly to empower you to put one foot in front of the other. I recognize that we live in a society that rewards the self-starter, the entrepreneur, or the doer. For some, that comes naturally, but there are some of us for whom that needs to be fostered in us and that’s where I come in to help you figure out… What’s next?

Background and Expertise

I am currently enrolled in Brown University's Executive and Leadership program.

I am working towards credentialing as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) . I have over 50 hours of training. The International Coaching Federation (ICF) is the leading global organization for coaches and coaching. ICF is dedicated to advancing the coaching profession by setting high standards, providing independent certification and building a worldwide network of trained coaching professionals.
