I’ve lived here for 10 years and have put a lot of love and care into setting it up to be a colorful, eclectically decorated and comfy place to live.

Approximately 950 sq ft, the open-floor plan makes the best use of all the space.

It's on the 3rd floor of the building, accessible by 2 flights of stairs.

BEDROOM
The room on the back side of the building is set up as the bedroom with a Queen sized bed and has numerous dressers and closets to fit an extensive wardrobe. Being in the back of the building, it's very quiet. All linens such as bed sheets and towels are provided.

OFFICE
The room on the front side of the building gets a ton of natural light and is set up as a vibrant home office with 3 large desks, including an electronic UpDesk standing desk. It also has an Aeron Herman Miller office chair, laser printer, scanner, and whiteboard. Even though it overlooks 5th Avenue, it’s also still quiet as the windows in the apartment are all modern and do a great job at keeping noise out.

LIVING ROOM
The middle section of the apartment is set up as the living room with a cozy 3 seater L-shaped couch and coffee table. I built a great entertainment system which consists of a 46” Sony TV hooked up to a surround sound system, Apple TV, Verizon Fios cable and record player.

The middle section of the apartment also has a dining table with bench as well as an area large enough to do your morning yoga.

The kitchen is equipped with all necessary kitchenware, dishwasher, microwave, gas-fired stove, a Breville Espresso machine, electric water kettle, toaster oven, toaster, Vitamix Blender, Berkey water filtration system and a large Brita water dispenser in the refrigerator.

The apartment has 3 new A/C units as well as fans in every room keeping you cool in the summer and has its own thermostat so you can adjust your own heat in the winter. Both the bedroom and the office have air purifiers as well.

This apartment’s location is as convenient as it gets, here are some of the perks:

-1 block from the Union Street R train which connects you to the Atlantic-Barclays Terminal just 1 stop away.
-On top of a grocery store- it doesn’t get more convenient than this!
-10 minute walk to Prospect Park
