Designed by a furniture maker, this interior has custom woodwork all over. This loft is up one flight of stairs and has lots of light from multiple skylights. This space is above an active daytime wood shop, so light ambient noise can be heard during work hours. We have high speed Verizon Fios internet and great Verizon cell service in this apt. Utilities are included, security deposit required. No filming/photoshoots allowed, NO PARTIES (especially on new years eve). Looking for a conscientious sub-letter to enjoy our space in a respectful way. Located within walking distance of the F and G train Carroll St stop, and the B61 bus stop is on our corner.

We are a creative couple, musician and furniture maker, who built out this loft several years ago. We will be out of town for these dates. We enjoy cooking and the peacefulness of the Carroll Gardens neighborhood.
