Hi :) We’re looking for a third roommate in our beautiful Beachwood home.

The house has an expansive backyard and deck with views of the city, spacious living room, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, and (importantly) a fig and lemon tree - we'd like to find someone we enjoy having around and can share this wonderful space with. we have a big backyard with space for flowers or vegetables, so big bonus points if you like to garden :)

The whole house is furnished, with the exception of your bedroom on the 1st floor (the other two bedrooms are on the second floor, and there's a separate bathroom directly next to the 1st floor room). Will provide more photos to those interested! Garden view from your room, views of the whole canyon and city from the deck and living room <3
