My beach - vibes apartment is on the 2nd floor (no apartment above), enter from courtyard, lots of natural light, breezes and cute balcony!

Excellent walk score in the Ocean Park neighborhood of Santa Monica. 15 minute walk to the beach, 12 minute walk to Main Street with lots of great restaurants, bars, shopping, juice and coffee shops. Large Gelson's grocery 2 blocks away and WholeFoods is only 0.5 miles away. Everything you need within a 15 minute walk!

Apartment has lots of natural light, Wifi, fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, coffee makers, microwave, stove etc.. Foam Queen bed, dresser and large closet available for your personal items. Lots of plants (which will need watering!), laundry machines available on premise with App. Gas heat and/ or plenty of breezes and fans.

Looking for a respectful, responsible and reliable sublet to rent and hopefully keep the plants alive! No drugs, no smoking, respectful of space and neighbors. Also comes with designated parking in carport.

Before Los Angeles, I lived in Central America for 7 years surfing and opened a few restaurants, before that I lived in NYC for 17 incredible years - all amazing in their own respect, but I wanted the best off all worlds - living near the beach, being able to surf and still having access to culture and city life!
